On hearing about mention of my paper in paper on education by Academia, (see inset clipping), an AI search on Google (2026, September 20) [1] revealed ‘Dr. Lalit Kishore is a Jaipur-based educator and researcher who advocates for Whole Brain Education (WBE), emphasizing holistic cognitive, emotional, and spiritual development through self-awareness and multi-sensory learning tools.

Kishore’s Core Philosophy of Whole Brain Education

  • Self-Awareness as Central: Views personal reflection and self-awareness skills as the core drivers for effective cognitive processing and learning.

  • Multiple Intelligences: Integrates bodily-kinesthetic, visual, musical, and verbal frameworks to stimulate both hemispheres of the brain.

  • Inclusion and Low-Cost Innovation: Focuses on affordable, hands-on science activities, toy-based toolkits, and doodle art to reduce cognitive overload and support diverse learners in resource-limited settings. This fosters creativity

Kishore (2020) outlines a pedagogical framework by educator Dr. Lalit Kishore advocating for Whole Brain Education (WBE) to foster holistic cognitive development. It demonstrates how integrating analytical thinking with creative and collaborative learning modalities can replace rigid rote-based systems. Shifting away from rote-learning toward an integrated pedagogical approach harmonizes both brain, both the left and the right hemispheres. The instructional framework relies on multiple intelligence models and practical learning techniques to transition students toward independent learning ownership.

Further, Kishore (2026) posits whole-brain education as a pedagogical framework designed to foster holistic cognitive development and self-awareness rather than relying on rote memorization. The model emphasizes hemispheric integration, visual-verbal intelligence, and a shift from teacher-centered instruction to collaborative, student-owned learning.
