Each year, on July 28th, the World Nature Conservation Day is observed to enhance awareness about the conservation and protection our natural resources. One thing positive that is happening during deadly COVID-19 pandemic is that the nature is reviving due restriction on human activities as indicate the GIF of greenery around my house in Jaipur.

National resources

are limited which need to conserved along the environment that mainly consists of water, air, soil and trees. We would have change our life style to live sustainably.

To observe the day on-line, the Union Ministry of Culture, posted a video “Nature worship is indeed an integral part of the Indian Culture" on their twitter handle.

On the occasion of #WorldNatureConservationDay, there is a need to recommit ourselves to 'protect, conserve, and sustainably manage our natural resources and make this world a better and healthier place for our future generations.'

Here are a few apt quotes.

"One of the first conditions of happiness is that the link between man and nature shall not be broken" - Leo Tolstoy

"He that plants trees loves others besides himself" - Thomas Fuller

"Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's needs, but not every man's greed" - Mahatma Gandhi
