5G Networks and Novel Coronavirus Spread Link Conspiracy Theory Flares Up in the West!

The news stories from the West of burning the 5G cell towers and related equipment has given rise to the conspiracy theories. Some of which, I could gather go somewhat as follows.

  • The 5G cell tower radiations are affecting brain structure of living things and affecting their immune system adversely causing faster spread of Novel Coronavirus and rising death toll

  • The Novel coronavirus has mutated toward electrical nature of matter to be carried by 5G cell tower radiations and reaching cell phone users by being attracted by micro-chip

  • The fast developing cell phone technology is creating a zombie culture and tech addiction is making people self-absobed and least preventive and protective of virus transmission and spread of infectious diseases.

The novel coronavirus pandemic that has spread globally from its origins in Wuhan city of China since late 2019, has been surrounded by umpteen controversy and conspiracy theories and speculations.

Since 1990s, the health hazards of exposure to cell tower radiation in their vicinity among humans in the form of altered reflexes, Alzheimer's, cancers, depression, disrupted sleep, dizziness, DNA damage, fatigue, headaches, heart disorders, joint pains, Parkinson, etc, have been reported in the research literature are just some of the health hazards of exposure to cell tower radiation, says Professor Girish Kumar, professor, department of electrical engineering.

Scientists have classified RF radiation as 'possibly carcinogenic' to humans since there is limited evidences and inclusive results. However, the possible increase in risk for brain tumors among the addictive cell phone users has been reported and its life threatening effect on small birds has been accepted.

Such health related effects have led to formation of rules regarding instellation of towers away from hospitals and schools. Sooner or later, it is going to raise questions regarding on-line learning and work-from-home as new normal.
