Bridging Gaps: Creating Inclusive and Supportive Classrooms and Learning Materials for Marginalized Children as a Diversity
Dr. Lalit Kishore is a Jaipur-based educator and researcher who creates low-cost, inclusive, and play-based learning methods for marginalized children in resource-poor schools. He co-founded the Centre for Unfolding Learning Potentials (CULP) to help out-of-school and rural children.

The helpful approaches are as follows
Toy-Based STEM Learning: He creates science toolkits using everyday household items instead of expensive labs. His 2009 paper, Stepping into Science in Small Schools, shows how simple toys make science fun and easy.
Language Transition (Project Pehchan): He helps children move from their local home dialects to formal school languages. He uses bilingual flashcards, local poetry, and picture books instead of forcing difficult standard textbooks right away.
Three-Stage Learning Model: (i)Teacher-Directed Learning: The teacher gives clear early instructions; (ii) Peer Group Learning: Students work together to solve problems; and (iii) Student-Led Learning: Students explore topics and create independent projects.
