Short note on Lord Vishwakarma

Lord Vishwakarma (Birth anniversary: 17/18 September), the architect of the cosmos, serves as the inspiration behind all our creations. He is the divine engineer of the universe, existing even before the concept of time. As a deity of craftsmanship and divine architecture, he designed all the chariots for the devas and assembled formidable weapons, including the lethal Vajra. He embodies the divine spirit and the inherent creative-constructive potential within humanity.

He encourages us to awaken the Vishwakarma within ourselves by embracing creativity and becoming adept problem solvers. He is the source of all prosperity, characterized by his rapid divergent thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities, as well as being the lord of eloquence. He represents the divine spark of creativity within us that needs to be ignited.

He educates our hands, hearts, and minds to create and construct knowledge, tools, and machines, shaping both the present and the future. Those who create with mindfulness, heartfelt intention, and soulful dedication are truly blessed.

Ode to Vishwakarma: Poem

Before time began to flow,

Vishwakarma, you did know

The plans to build the cosmos vast,

A future meant forever to last.

Divine Architect, so grand,

With crafting tools in hand,

You shaped the chariots bright and bold,

For gods of legends, stories told.

The Vajra's power, sharp and keen,

A weapon forged, a mighty scene,

All made by your divine design,

A craftsman's skill, truly sublime.

Within our hearts, a spark you place,

Creativity's warm embrace,

To build and solve, with mind so clear,

And banish doubt and every fear.

Awaken Vishwakarma's might,

With skillful hands, and shining light,

Prosperity flows from your design,

A blessed gift, forever thine.

Our hands you teach, our hearts you guide,

With knowledge deep, as we confide,

To build the future, strong and true,

Vishwakarma, we honor you.

Blessed are those who create with grace,

With mindful hearts, in time and space,

Their souls alight with passion's fire,

Inspired by you, and rise up higher.
