Ode to the Stumble and the Rise

O, Failure, sometimes sharp and cold,

A lesson learned, a story told.

You are not the end, though you may seem,

But just a pause within life's dream.

Each misstep taken, each lesson deep,

A seed of progress that we keep.

For success, so bright, a distant star,

Can hide a failure from afar.

You redefine the weary soul,

A step toward making us feel whole.

Not a dark abyss, but a guiding hand,

Leading us to a better land.

Let humility be our guiding light,

Viewing triumph with failure's sight.

The ladder climbed, each rung so dear,

Was built by falling, conquering fear.

We learn to leap, when you show the way,

Through shadowed valleys, into day.

You're not the foe, but friend we meet,

On life's great spectrum, bitter-sweet.

Not the dark end, but a dawn anew,

A chance to build, to see life through.

A fresh beginning, strong and bold,

A brighter future to unfold.

In every journey, you reside,

The chance to learn, with nothing to hide.

For thriving hearts, and minds that grow,

Your vital value, we all know.
