'According to the UN [1], education as SDG-4, is the key that will allow many other Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to be achieved since when people are able to get quality education they can break from the cycle of poverty.. The UN holds that education can reduce inequalities such as social and gender inequalities, by empowering people everywhere to live more healthy and sustainable lives by creating peaceful societies.

I feel that only by systemic strengthening of education to be implemented in the form of "Organization Systems Development' and recurrent 'capacity building' of educational functionaries in area of 'Educational Development,' the SDG-4 goals can be achieved.

An AI Overview [2] on the subject informs that educational development encompasses the ongoing process of improving and enhancing education systems, practices, and theories to raise the learning outcomes and meaningful student experiences. It involves a range of activities, including curriculum development, instructional design, teacher training, and educational research, all aimed at creating a more effective and equitable learning environment.

According to The NEP-2020 [3], education as system is needed to geared toward 'Holistic and Interdisciplinary Learning' and it must stress the 'not only cognitive skills but also critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.' And, this requires the the Education Development Systems to focus on marginalized and disadvantaged groups by implementing targeted initiatives to ensure that all students, regardless of their background, have access to quality education.
