Purport
Human existence is susceptible to conflicts arising from desires and dualities. The objective of life is to consciously pursue inner peace or equanimity - smatvam, as the Gita ordains. Engage in learning and practice to become a detached witness of the fluctuations of this transient world and let go. Cultivate equanimity consistently and refine it to allow tranquility to manifest. Clear the mind to enhance your intuitive intellect and wisdom, fostering a balanced, harmonious, and equanimous life in your human existence.
Inspired Poem
The world is filled with cravings and greed,
With dual views that pull the mind apart.
We plant within ourselves a restless seed,
And nurse the heavy sorrows of the heart.
But rise above the transient tides of pain,
To watch the passing scene with calm eyes.
The joys and sorrows fall like summer rain,
As passing clouds across the open skies.
Hold steady now, with mind both quiet 'n clear,
Let go of all that binds you to the fray.
Make calmness the path you hold most dear,
The wisdom blooms to light your honest way.
Refine the soul to reach a balanced height,
And walk in truth toward the inner light.
