The Bhagavad Gita Tenet of Detached Active Life: Poem
Detachment's not a cold, indifferent heart,
But presence keen, a spirit set apart.
Not shunning life, but living it with grace,
A rooted tree in time and space.
To practice this, a quiet strength you find,
A balanced mind, a spirit truly kind.
Bound to your path, yet free from what may come,
A tranquil soul, accepting every hum.
With duty's call, your compass set so true,
Yet outcomes fade, a vibrant, hopeful hue.
For in this art, a freedom you embrace,
A quiet strength, a tranquil, hopeful space.
