"He has risen" is a biblical phrase that refers to the 'Resurrection of Jesus Christ', symbolizing victory over sin and death, which is a key belief in Christianity. This concept shows that since Christ has risen, he will never die again, and death no longer holds power over him. The resurrection proves that God fulfills His promises and that faith is placed in a spiritually living Savior, not a dead prophet.

Therefore, Resurrection represents a spiritual renewal process that restores, rejuvenates, and transforms the inner self, shifting from a materialistic mindset to a state of being that has a vibrant and meaningful connection with the divine. It is an ongoing journey to revive the divine rather than a one-time occurrence, requiring the release of conditioning at a mundane level.

It is a inner divine restoration that brings new life to tired hearts and mundane minds, often involving repentance and a return to spiritual practices such as contemplative prayer, self-reflection, equanimity, and meditation. A key aspect is the "renewing of the mind by cleansing evils and sins," where personal values and thoughts are reshaped to align with divine truth instead of worldly influences, including the new deadly sin of screen addiction and unhealthy food.

For renewal, dedicating two hours to deepening prayer as a personal and persistent communication with the divine; studying scripture and sacred texts for reflection and guidance; and performing acts of service, fasting and forgiveness should be practiced to encourage inner purification and an outward transformative impact
